Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway, New Hampshire is in the midst of a massive redevelopment period. A Fairfield Inn & Suites opened at the ski resort this winter, and a new lodge/real estate development will open next winter. NH Business Review reports that Cranmore’s next real estate development will be called The Lookout.
The seventeen residences will range from 1170 to 2490 square feet in size, with the smaller units covering one floor, while the bigger ones will cover multiple levels. The residences are a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom units. In terms of skier services, part of the first floor will be home to Cranmore’s first-aid facility, and that’s about it.
Since the acquisition of Cranmore in 2010, the Fairbank Group has spent more than $127 million to modernize the ski resort. This has included three new chairlifts, a new day lodge, upgrading the Skimobile Express Quad, adding summer attractions, building a downhill mountain park, and improving their snowmaking and other key parts of the ski resort’s infrastructure. They have also enhanced their real estate offerings, which have included the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums I.
The Fairbank Lodge, which is currently under construction, will feature the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums II. The first two floors will be dedicated to Cranmore’s new day lodge, while the upper two levels will be residences. As the video above mentions, they expect it to be completed in time for the 2023-24 season.
The first phase of The Lookout development will break ground this summer and is projected to open near the end of 2024. A second phase of The Lookout will then happen, which will feature nineteen more units, and mark the end of Cranmore’s overall Master Redevelopment. You can learn more about The Lookout here.
