If you’re looking for your next home and skiing hub, it may be time for you to move to Montana. Back in March, Chad Davis from Keller Williams Western Montana listed Wraith Hill Ski Area for sale at $3.5 million.
The 160-acre plot of land features a ski area with an 800-foot vertical drop. Eight trails range in beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty. While there is a surface lift, it’s unclear if it’s still operational. Wraith Hill is bordered by thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Covenants allow for further development on the property.
The base lodge is pretty unique because it’s more of a home than a communal space. The lodge features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two laundry rooms, and a living room on the lower level. There’s also a guest cabin with electricity and heat, along with a concrete block shop and steel frame equipment barn.
