

The 31-year old Frenchman, Simon Billy, set a new World Record with 255.50 km per hour in Vars, France – 157 mph.
It beats the record set in 2016 that was held by the Italian Ivan Origone, who reached a speed of 254.958 km per hour.
He won the world overall title for the second consecutive year.
Simone Origone, the brother of the now ex-world record holder, and the Austrian Manuel Kramer were in second and third place.
