Perfect North Slopes in Indiana is the latest Midwest ski resort to announce a new chairlift for the 2023-24 season. The new fixed-grip quad chairlift, which will be manufactured by Skytrac, will replace the Red Triple chairlift.
The chairs from the old Red chairlift will not be made available to the public, as they “match both the existing Blue and Green chairlifts, and Perfect North Slopes will store and save the chairs for potential replacement parts.”
Other improvements will include RFID gates at their lifts, which helps eliminate validations that were required at the ticket window. In addition, the Perfect North season passes will include access to Timberline Mountain, which is their partner mountain in West Virginia.
Their focus on next winter may begin soon, as their snowpack right now is very limited.
