An Indy Pass partner will be the first ski resort to open in Washington. 49 Degrees North announced on Tuesday that they’ll be opening on November 11th, and they’ll stay open through Sunday. The lifts will run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. They will then assess conditions next week to see if they can reopen the following weekend.

Four lifts will be open: the Northern Spirit Express (Chair 1), Payday (Chair 3), the Sunrise Quad (Chair 5), and the Gold Fever Conveyor surface lift. According to KXLY.com, the snowpack is already in good shape. So while the snowpack isn’t as deep as Utah or California right now, it’s in decent enough shape for a quality start to the 2022-23 Washington ski season.
