German downhill racer Jannick Lange had an absolutely horrific collision with a reindeer while whipping at breakneck speeds down a single track at Lac Blanc Bike Park in Alsace, France. Rudolph seemed unfazed and trotted off into the forest but Jannick got pretty messed up. He lost a ton of blood and passed out after this brutal impact but is thankfully on the mend:
“I’m mostly fine, I just can’t really use my arms right now. Shoulders are bruised and partially perforated.”
