A very scary moment on the 5th stage of the Tour De France bicycle race, as Italian cyclist Daniel Oss strikes a fan who is clearly leaning into the path of the racers in order to shoot a video on his phone.
Somehow Oss was able to get back on his bike and finished the stage, however, a later medical check revealed that Oss had fractured a bone in his neck and would not be allowed to continue the race to the end.
The other rider involved in the crash, Michael Gogl, suffered a broken collar bone and was unable to continue.
