Based on Hannes Schneider and the Skimobile alone, Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway, New Hampshire stands as one of the most historic ski resorts in the United States. Another interesting facet of its history is the Mountain Meisters, which is the longest community racing league in the country. The league just wrapped up its 51st season and has around thirty teams and 350 racers competing in the competition each week. The racing league happens on Wednesdays during the season, and participants can get free lessons (Meister Clinics) throughout the season. Cranmore put together a documentary on the event, which you can watch below. Click here to learn more about the Mountain Meisters racing league.
